My passion is catering and creating memorable experiences. I love being personally involved every step of the way. From the first contact, to the planning process, to catering the day of the event, I want to be there.
To provide some background, I started washing dishes when I was 16 for a local catering company and worked my way up to Vice President of Catering Operations. Within my 22 years there I earned my degree in Culinary Arts at Macomb Community College and gained valuable, real life experience in every aspect of the catering industry.
I had the wonderful opportunity to build the catering sector of their business from nothing to over 3 million dollars in catering sales alone. That phenomenal growth required a large team of sales, administrative, and event staff to support the complicated catering operations. I enjoyed the challenge of overseeing that business, however, it took me further away from working directly with people.
While I am extremely proud of my previous successes, I am ready to bring back that personal touch to event planning and execution with Cass Catering. I want to be your one-stop-caterer for all of your event needs and I want to personally be there to see your vision come to life!
